At Gilfillan Construction we do many types of Residential Renovations.
Below are some examples of recent projects.

 


Before:  Weathered stucco, fascia, roof, thru-wall air conditioning unit,  add-on enclosed patio/sunroom.
Before:  Particle board cabinets, faux brick wall panel, plastic laminate countertop and sheet vinyl flooring.
Before:  weathered stucco, fascia, aluminum windows (one already removed and replaced with vinyl), gutters and cracked concrete deck.
Before:  1950's vanity, toilet, fiberglass shower enclosure and vinyl floor tile.
Before:  Fiberglass shower enclosure with sliding glass door.
Before:  Faux wood panelling and "popcorn" ceiling.  No floor coverings.
Unfinished garage
After:  New roof, painted fascia, sunroom removed, aluminum windows and air conditioning unit removed (central heating and air conditioning added), dual glazed vinyl windows added.
After:  Custom wood cabinets with stained/glazed finish, pull out shelves with soft close guides and hinges, track lighting, solid surface countertops, new appliances and wood flooring throughout.
After:  New roof, gutters, stucco, dual glazed vinyl windows, pavers and painted fascia.
After:  Angle vanity due to limited space, low flow fixtures, ceramic tile walk-in shower and floor.
After:  Ceramic tile walk-in shower with bench.
After:  "skip trowel" wall and ceiling finish, accent colors and wood floor.
Secure cabinets and primary colored cubbies for clients day care operation.

Before -  Enclosed patio with aluminum windows and doors and concrete pool deck.
During -  Patio enclosure removed, aluminum sliding door and windows removed and replaced with dual glazed french door and vinyl windows.
After    -  New roof and gutter, painted fascia, stucco, door, windows and pavers.
